What services does your company offer?

Foxtrot Cinema Events (FTC) provides video/audio rental equipment for outdoor movie screenings. We also have package options that provide on site concierge services to make sure your movie night goes as smooth as possible.

What areas do you service?

We service Shreveport/Bossier City and surrounding areas. Locations 30 minutes outside of the 71106 zip code are subject to a travel fee.

Requirements for rental

  • $50 security deposit is required at booking (will be put towards remaining balance)
     Any remaining balance must be paid in full 3 days prior to the event date.
  • Set up location MUST BE on level ground, cleared (no equipment in desired FTC setup location, no tall grass, no animal feces, no wet or muddy areas, no pest (ant beds, fleas, etc)). If any of these requirements are not met, we will not set up equipment and deposit will be forfeited if space can't be ready within 10 minutes.
  • No smoking in chairs

Along with great service we also take pride in providing clean, well kept equipment. All equipment will be thoroughly inspected. If any damage is noted and equipment is missing or is in need of additional cleaning, additional charges will incur.


Forms of payment accepted.

Our Invoice system is set up through Stripe and accepts debit/credit cards. Deposits will be paid at booking using Stripe. The remaining balance (required 3 days prior to event date). No Checks. Receipt will be provided.

*State and local taxes will be charged with final payment.

When is payment required? Payment is due 3 days prior to event date . Payment for same day, equipment add on is required prior to setup.


Cancellation/Reschedule Policy- All rentals have a $50 deposit due at booking (will be put towards remaining balance).

  • If you cancel prior to 48 hours of your scheduled event date, the deposit will be refunded.

  • If you cancel within 25-47 hours of the event, you will receive a refund of any money paid outside of the deposit, but the deposit is non refundable. You have the option to reschedule and apply the deposit to a new date.
  • If you reschedule within 24 hours of the event, you forfeit the deposit and 50% of any money paid outside of the deposit. You will need to pay a new deposit to secure a new date.


All rental equipment will be inspected after each event to ensure that all equipment is properly functioning and in good condition. If there is anything missing, broken or not functioning properly at the end of inspection, the customer will be charged for cost of repair or replacement.

Can additional equipment be rented day of the event?

Additional equipment rental can be purchased 4 hours prior to start of event.


How long can I rent the equipment?

3 hours is standard rental time. 

Additional time can be purchased in 30 min increments for $30/30 mins. 
Equipment pick up will be no later than 11 pm. 

What happens if there is inclement weather?

We will monitor any expected inclement weather within 48 hours of the scheduled event date, we DO NOT set up if it's raining or high winds (15-20 mph winds). ***Set up with the threat of inclement weather/high winds will be at the discretion of management.***

In the event of inclement weather, we will gladly reschedule for an available date or provide a refund.


When can the movie begin?

 Movie Night begins after Sunset for best viewing experience. We will advise you on the best setup time based on sunset time.


Can movie screenings be held in public places?

  •  It is solely the customers responsibility to pick out the public location and any permit/ permission requirements needed in order to legally host screenings in a public space.
  • There are movie licensing fees required to screen movies in a public space. Fees range from $250- $850 for an audience of 200-500 ppl depending on a variety of factors. ***It is illegal to screen movies publicly without proper licensing.*
  • FTC does not provide movie licensing, but can assist with obtaining license.

Does FTC provide streaming equipment with rentals?

A Firestick device is included in most packages, except the Bronze package. Customers may upgrade package to include streaming device.


Does FTC provide wifi for streaming? No, unless it was a purchased add on or the customer purchased the Platinum package. If you plan on streaming a movie it’s assumed you have fast internet speed and strong signal where the projector will be placed. 


How long does setup take?

Setup times vary based on amount of equipment rented and event size, but usually takes around 1 hour for small events.

How much space will need to be cleared for FTC equipment?

This depends on size of event and equipment required.
